Oxfam GB is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to help run our Fulham and Chelsea Boutique locations. You will work under the Shop Manager to drive commercial opportunities, lead a team of staff and volunteers, and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
You will support budgets, merchandising, rostering, and community engagement while upholding safeguarding and ethical practices across two sites, with a 2-3 day split between Fulham and Chelsea.
