This is a varied role that combines strategic programme leadership with operational delivery. You will lead and develop Oxfam's apprenticeship offer, ensuring programmes align with workforce needs, career pathways and future skills priorities, while maximising the value of our apprenticeship levy investment. This includes managing apprenticeship providers, monitoring programme performance and quality, supporting stakeholders across the organisation and ensuring apprenticeship activity delivers meaningful outcomes for learners and Oxfam. You will also oversee learning operations, ensuring colleagues can access high-quality, engaging and well-coordinated learning experiences. You will lead key learning logistics activities including planning and scheduling learning activity, managing learner records, reporting, administration processes, supplier relationships and learner support.
