The Role
Oxfam Great Britain is seeking an Anti-Corruption Specialist who will play a core role in Oxfam’s prevention of and response to corruption. You will assist in implementing Oxfam’s anti-corruption response and prevention activities for the Africa region.
What We Are Looking For
You will have experience in investigation planning and techniques including victim and suspect interviewing, writing statements, evidence gathering, and case presentation. Experience in investigations across private, public, or third sectors is essential. Your work will include planning and conducting investigations, supporting colleagues in other regions, and coordinating with external investigations.
You will provide expert advice to senior stakeholders and play a key role in incident response. Experience in implementing anti-corruption or counter-fraud measures, delivering training, reviewing policies, and developing risk assessments is required. Public speaking skills and the ability to convey complex subjects clearly are also important.
A high degree of discretion and confidentiality is essential, along with excellent risk management skills. Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice to hardship environments, is also required.
