The Role

The AP Analyst will be part of the team that processes a wide range of payments to our suppliers in GB and overseas. In addition, the AP Analyst will be responsible for completing Bank Reconciliations in GBP and foreign currencies, cash book journals and other recharges. The role will also have responsibility for training and supervising a number of volunteers supporting the team.

  • Accounting or Purchase Ledger experience or knowledge
  • Good planning and organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent attention to details and work to a high standard of accuracy
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
