See all the Benefits available to Oxfam Ireland employees on our website. The Role Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Dunmurry (Belfast). Working under the direction of the Distribution Centre Manager, the postholder will oversee the day to day running of the Distribution Centre ensuring the smooth operation of the fast-moving environment is maintained. To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including: Demonstrable experience of supervising a busy warehouse operation including: Managing all goods in and out and loading of vehicles. Ensuring the workplace is secure and safe from hazards whilst complying with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures. Strong people and performance management skills including theability to lead, coach, motivate and train staff and volunteers with varying levels of ability. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a culture focused on continuous improvement, including building and maintaining working relationships. Experience of being a creative problem-solver with skills to identify opportunities and generate new ideas. Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
