See all the Benefits available to Oxfam Ireland employees on our website. The Role Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Senior Retail Administrator to join our team based in Dunmurry (Belfast). The post holder will provide excellent administration, database and communication services to the Retail function in Northern Ireland (NI) and Republic of Ireland (ROI). They will be the main point of contact for specific shop queries and requests, provide support of Gift Aid administration for the Trading department (NI) and promote and optimise income through tax efficient giving (ROI). To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including: Experience in a previous administrative role with specific experience in database and software administration. Ability to analyse detailed information and produce key reports from relevant systems and data sources. Strong database experience and knowledge of interrogating data and producing targeted reports. Self-starter with experience of working to deadlines and demonstrable ability to use initiative, work independently, and prioritise a diverse workload effectively under pressure Excellent IT skills (MS Office/Office 365) and experience of managing a varied workload. Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work on own initiative and independently. Positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability toinitiate, develop and sustain positive and productive working relationships with a wide range of people. Previous experience or knowledge of working with Gift Aid is desirable. Experience of Retail EPOS system is desirable.
