What you will be doing:
- Undertaking shop‑related tasks agreed with the Manager, for example: selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock.
- Chatting to customers and giving great customer service.
- Visual merchandising: creating eye‑catching window and in‑store displays.
- Photographing items for the online shop.
- Occasionally lifting boxes (safe working environment and health & safety training are provided).
The skills you need:
- Reliable and punctual for volunteering.
- No prior experience required – training and support are provided.
- Happy to be part of a team and collaborate effectively with others.
