What does this role involve?
- Chatting with customers and providing great service at the till.
- Selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock.
- Visual merchandising: creating eye‑catching window and in‑store displays.
- Accepting donations from the public, speaking to donors, and asking follow‑up questions.
- Labeling donations to maximise income.
- Occasional lifting of boxes as needed.

- Friendly, reliable, and on time, aged 18 or over.
