As a till volunteer, you will be the friendly face of our shop, handling customer transactions with a smile and providing top customer service to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We’re seeking friendly, reliable individuals aged 18 or over who want to make a difference in their community. No prior experience is needed; we provide full training. If you’re open to learning, enjoy working with others, and have a passion for helping people, you’ll fit right in.

What you will be doing:

  • Chatting with customers and providing great service at the till.
  • Selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock.
  • Visual merchandising: creating eye‑catching window and in‑store displays.
  • Accepting donations from the public, speaking to donors and taking a few questions.
  • Labeling donations to maximise income according to clear instructions.
  • Lifting boxes occasionally; a safe working environment and health & safety training are provided.
