As a till volunteer, you’ll be the friendly face of our shop, handling customer transactions with a smile. You’ll provide top customer service and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back!

What you will be doing

  • Chat with customers, giving great service on the till.
  • Select, sort and price donated stock.
  • Visual merchandising: create eye‑catching window and in‑store displays.
  • Accept donations from the public, speak with donors and ask a few questions.
  • Label donations according to clear instructions to maximise income.
  • Occasionally lift boxes – we prioritise a safe working environment and provide comprehensive health and safety training.

  • Reliable and punctual for your volunteering.
  • No prior experience required – full training and support is given.
