About the role

Please note: This role is only suitable for applicants aged 18 and over. As a till volunteer, you will be the friendly face of our shop, handling customer transactions with a smile. You will provide top customer service and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

What you will be doing:

  • Chat with customers and operate the till.
  • Select, sort, and price donated stock.

  • Label donations correctly to maximise income.
  • Occasionally lift boxes, with safe work practices and all required training.
  • Undertake other shop‑related tasks as agreed with the manager.
