  • Undertaking shop‑related tasks agreed with the manager, including:
  • Selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock
  • Researching valuable, rare and antiquated stock
  • Chatting with customers and providing great service at the till
  • Visual merchandising: creating eye‑catching window and in‑store displays
  • Photographing and listing items for the online shop
  • Occasionally lifting boxes, with safety training provided
