Sitting within our HR Resourcing team, the Senior Resource Analyst is central to Oxera’s growth and to our HR data and technology transformation. As business demand increases and evolves, high quality workforce insight is essential to ensuring we deliver for clients while building a sustainable and engaged workforce. In this role, you’ll provide expert analysis and trusted advice to leaders across the organisation. By translating complex workforce data into clear, actionable insight, you’ll influence decisions that balance delivery, development and long‑term capability.
What you’ll do
- You’ll act as a subject‑matter expert in workforce and resource analysis, combining deep analytical capability with strong commercial judgement.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advanced, proactive analysis to support operational and strategic resourcing decisions
- Anticipating capacity risks and resourcing constraints, and developing scenarios to inform workforce planning
- Translating complex workforce data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
- Partnering closely with project managers and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads to align project demand with available capability and skills
- Monitoring, reporting on and improving internal mobility and deployment through our Internal Marketplace processes
- Acting as a trusted advisor on resource optimisation, workforce planning and utilisation across the business

What we’re looking for

- Strong, demonstrable experience analysing and interpreting workforce or people data to support business decisions
- A proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders using evidence‑based insight
- Experience partnering with operational, project or functional leaders to balance delivery, utilisation and development
- A pragmatic, commercially minded approach, with strong attention to governance, accuracy and accountability
- A high level of integrity and discretion, with experience handling sensitive people data
