About the Role
As the L&D Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our learning function—managing day‐to‐day administration, coordinating workshops and training events, and helping to deliver high‐quality learning initiatives across Europe. You'll be the first point of contact for all learning and development enquiries, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure an outstanding L&D experience. Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all L&D‐related queries, providing timely, professional support.
- Own and manage administrative tasks, including workshop scheduling, eLearning rollout, attendance tracking, and feedback collation.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding learning for new joiners, ensuring timely completion of mandatory training.
- Provide on‐site support for in‐person training events across the UK and Europe, and assist with virtual session facilitation.
- Promote learning initiatives via the intranet and internal communication channels.
- Produce clear, tailored L&D reports and dashboards for a range of audiences.
- Maintain strong relationships across the business to deliver a valued L&D service.
- Monitor budgets and contracts for learning activities.
- Continuously seek improvements to our L&D processes, tools and service delivery.
- Support wider HR administration as needed.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is confident, detail‐oriented, and thrives in a fast‐paced environment. You enjoy working on a variety of tasks, from hands‐on administration to contributing to wider L&D strategy.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a high‐volume administrative role, ideally within L&D or professional services.
- Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- A proactive, customer‐focused mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience working across European locations and/or in a matrix organisation.
