This is a high-impact, varied role at an exciting moment for our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, who can build credibility and develop relationships quickly, and brings a willingness to get things done. - Experience managing payroll, ideally across multiple countries
- Strong organisational skills with a capability to juggle multiple priorities and to work independently
- Comfort with change, ambiguity, and being part of a function that is actively evolving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and motivation to build relationships
- Experience managing or mentoring others within an HR or payroll function
