You will be based anywhere in the UK (Happy to travel to client sites in Plymouth).

Are you from a Mechanical or Structural Engineering background with previous experience in the Nuclear industry and are looking to join an industry-leading company well known for their excellent benefits package? In this role you will work for an established company within the Nuclear sector across a range of upgrade projects within a business known for their continued personal development and excellent benefits package. The company are a specialist in their industry and supplies their solutions to blue chip clients throughout the UK, due to continued ambitions in the company and clear growth plans they are now looking to further expand the team. This role would suit someone with a mechanical/structural engineering background with experience in the Nuclear industry looking for a long-term permanent position.

The Role:

  • Working on the design and upgrade of nuclear sites across the UK
  • For the first few months there will be travel 4 days every fortnight to Plymouth, however after a few months this will reduce to once every 2-3 months.
  • Occasional travel to Plymouth once in every two months
  • Further progression and training
  • Excellent benefits package

The Person:

  • Mechanical/Structural Engineering background
  • You will have previous experience in the Nuclear industry or similar
  • Steel structure design experience
  • Eurocodes experience/knowledge
  • This role will suit both senior level and principle level engineers
  • Any experience in one or more of the following will be considered beneficial; Systems Engineering/Gated review process/Config control
  • Long-term permanent position
