Are you a trainee or junior engineer with relevant qualifications and are looking to move into a maintenance engineering role within a specialist processing plant offering further training and career development?

In this role you will work as part of the Maintenance Night Shift team to help minimise downtime in a role offering further training and personal development. The company have a state-of-the-art processing facility just outside Bolton and due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to add further engineers to the team in a role offering further training and career progression. This role would suit a trainee or junior engineer ideally with some initial experience or plant maintenance qualifications looking for a long-term role.

The Role:

  • Working as a Junior/Trainee Maintenance Engineer within a specialist plant
  • Working on a mix of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic based equipment
  • Carrying out inspections, maintenance, reactive maintenance, continuous improvement, testing of equipment both mechanically and electrically and more
  • Monday to Thursday (Four Night working week) (8pm to 6am)
  • Further training and progression

The Person:

  • You will hold some form of Engineer/Maintenance qualification
  • Any experience in a workshop/maintenance based environment will be considered beneficial
  • Looking for a long term permanent role offering further training and progression
