Head of Planning (Manufacturing)
£80,000 – £95,000 + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Private Medical + Excellent Pension + Additional Benefits
You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Newbury, Reading, Slough, Andover, Didcot, Oxford. Other locations will also be considered.
Do you have a background within planning for manufacturing including a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and are looking for a senior-level role within a company who are passionate about their continued employee investment.
In this role you will lead a team to convert customer demand into a production delivery plan and ensure all manufacturing schedules are completed within a company offering an excellent benefits package.
The company are at the forefront of their industry and supply their solutions and products to a wide range of blue-chip clients across the world, due to continued expansion and growth they are now looking to further build out their senior management team.
This role would suit someone with experience at a similar level and a strong understand of planning within manufacturing and someone who is looking for a long-term permanent position.
The Role:
-Working as a Head of Planning to translate customer demand into a production delivery plan
-Further duties of the role including but limited to; NPI, Continuous Improvement, creating a master schedule, Leading a team, ERP and much more.
-Excellent Benefits package
-Monday Friday (8:30am 5:30pm)

-Previous experience in a Planning focused role
-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machining
-Any experience towards metallic precision manufacturing will be considered beneficial but not essential
-Experience in the Automotive manufacturing sector will be considered beneficial but also not essential
