Do you come from a paint/spray background and are looking for an operations role where you will work to lead the existing paint shop team within a company who are passionate about further career development? This is a hands-on role where you will work to lead the paint team within a specialist manufacturing company known for their continued staff investment and excellent benefits package. The company are at the forefront of their industry and supply their specialist products to a range of tier one companies across the globe. Due to continued investment and expansion, they are now looking to grow headcount.
This role would suit someone from a paint/spray shop or manufacturing-based environment looking for a long-term permanent position.
The Role:
- Oversee and manage the paint/spray operations of a specialist tier one manufacturing company
- Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to: Paint Spraying, Operations, Team leader, Quality, HSE, Continuous Improvement and much more.
- Excellent benefits package
- Monday to Friday (37hrs)
The Person:
- Previous experience in a paint/spray-based environment
- You will have paint/spray-based hands-on skills
- Experience at a similar level
- You will ideally have previous experience in an environment such as Aerospace or Automotive
- Looking for a long-term permanent position
