You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Exeter, Teignmouth, Okehampton, Taunton, Torquay, Plymouth. Other locations also considered.

Are you from a QHSE background and looking to move into a QHSE Manager-level role where you will work to implement QHSE principles and further develop QHSE within a company well known for their excellent benefits package? In this role you will work to oversee QHSE across a specialist technical/civil-based solutions company who are passionate about employee investment. The company are a specialist in their industry and due to continued growth and expansion plans they are now looking to further grow headcount. This role would suit both an experienced QHSE manager looking for a new challenge or equally a QHSE engineer/advisor or similar looking for the step up into management as part of a long term permanent position.

The Role:

  • Working to implement and develop QHSE policies across the business
  • Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Managing Quality, Health & Safety, Developing and implementing new systems, ISOs, Audits, Documentation, Continuous Improvement and much more
  • You will work to manage your own workload, which will involve around 1 day per week on site visits with three days minimum per week in the office.
  • Role will report to the Head of QHSE
  • Excellent benefits package

The Person:

  • Previous QHSE experience
  • You will ideally have some previous QHSE experience in an industry such as; Marine, Civils, Construction or similar
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
  • Looking for a long term permanent position
