You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Rumney, Newport, Cardiff, Pontyclun, Caerphilly. Other locations will also be considered.
Do you have CAD experience and are looking for a role offering further development within an ambitious and growing company? In this role you will utilise CAD to produce specialist technical drawings across both 2D and 3D CAD within a company known for continued personal development. The company is a specialist in their industry and supplies their solutions to a range of blue-chip clients across the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to grow the team.
This role would suit someone with AutoCAD experience looking for a long-term permanent position within an ambitious and expanding company.
The Role:
- In this role you will work as a CAD Technician to utilise AutoCAD to produce drawings and CAD designs for specialist mechanical solutions used within the ventilation/building services industries.
- Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to: Using AutoCAD to create 2D and some 3D drawings, producing technical and engineering drawings, documentation, liaising with clients, continuous improvement and much more.
- Monday to Friday

The Person:
- Previous experience with AutoCAD
- You will have some initial experience in one of the following; building services, ventilation, sheet metal, mechanical engineering or similar.
