£50,000 - £60,000 + 32 Days Holiday + Days Based + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Uttoxeter, Macclesfield, Whitchurch, Cannock, Buxton, Matlock. Other locations will also be considered.

Are you from a manufacturing/engineering background at either a maintenance supervisor or maintenance manager level and looking to move into an autonomous role within a forward-thinking company? In this role, you will work to minimise downtime and maximise output within a specialist state-of-the-art manufacturing plant well known for their continued staff investment. The company is a specialist in their industry and supplies their products to a range of clients. Due to continued investment and flowing order books, they are now looking to expand headcount. This role would suit both an experienced engineering/maintenance manager looking for a new challenge or equally a supervisor looking for a step up into management within a long-term position.

The Role:

  • Working as a Maintenance Manager to minimise downtime and maximise output across the site
  • Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Engineering Planning, Implementing programmes, Increased performance, Continuous Improvement, Team Management, Compliance, H&S and much more.
  • Days based (Monday - Friday) (8am-4:30pm) occasional flexibility around this will be required

The Person:

  • Maintenance/Engineering Management or Supervisor level experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production related industry
  • Long term permanent position
