You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Bolton, Horwich, Wigan, Edworth, Leigh, Chorley, Farnworth. Other locations also considered.
Do you have a mechanical maintenance/fitting skill set and are looking to join a specialist company who are passionate about employee development? In this role you will work on mechanically biased equipment to minimise downtime and maximise output across the processing site. The company are a specialist in their industry and due to continued growth and expansion plans they are now looking to further expand head count across the site. This role would suit an engineer with mechanical skills looking for a long term permanent position.
The Role:
- Working as a Mechanical Engineer on mechanical equipment and plant equipment to minimise downtime and maximise output across a busy processing site
- Further duties will include but are not limited to: Maintenance, Inspections, PPM’s, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement and more.
- Monday – Friday (10pm – 6am)
- Long term permanent position
The Person:
- Previous engineering experience
- Mechanical Maintenance/Fitting background
- You will have experience in the waste/recycling industry or similar, however this is not essential
- Looking for a long-term permanent position
