£50,000 - £60,000 + 32 Days Holiday + Progression + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Glasgow, Paisley, Renfrew, Clydebank, Shawlands, Bishopbriggs. Other locations also considered.

Do you have previous experience in CNC Manufacturing, ideally within a precision-based environment and are looking to move into a senior/lead role within an ambitious and forward-thinking company? In this role you will work to manage the manufacturing process with a keen focus on New Product Introduction in a company who are passionate about further development and growth. This is the chance to join a specialist precision manufacturing company in a key role for the continued growth of the business. The company supply their products to a wide range of blue-chip clients across the world. This role would suit someone from a manufacturing background with CNC knowledge looking for a long-term permanent role.

The Role:

  • Working as a Manufacturing Manager within a specialist manufacturing company
  • New Product Introduction
  • Duties of the role will include but are not limited to: Managing a team, Continuous Improvement, NPI, Lean methods and more.
  • Days Based Monday – Friday

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a similar level role
  • CNC knowledge/background
  • Previous experience in a precision-based manufacturing environment
  • Looking for a long term permanent position
