We're looking for our first apprentice to join us in September 2026, working towards becoming a chartered surveyor through the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship. At the end of the 4 years, you'll graduate with a RICS-accredited degree and be ready to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence, becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Salary: £25,000 per annum, rising to £27,000 on enrolment to the apprenticeship scheme in Spring 2027.
Training course: Chartered surveyor (degree) (level 6)
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30, 1 day a week working from home, additional 8-12 hours independent study and assignment work. Total of 48 hours a week.
Duration: 4 years
Work: Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You'll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Requirements:
- GCSE in Maths (grade 4/C)
- 96 UCAS tariff points or equivalent
- Completed an Advanced Apprenticeship in Surveying or Construction Technical
- A current Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Associate qualification (AssocRICS) and be in relevant employment
