This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their PQS career looking to gain exposure to genuinely high-profile projects within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced senior professionals across both commercial and residential sectors, with the chance to develop quickly within a growing consultancy.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
- Assisting on commercial and residential projects ranging from £10m–£240m
- Preparing cost plans, tender documentation, and financial reports
- Attending client, contractor, and design team meetings
- Supporting senior surveyors with project delivery and client management
- Developing technical and client-facing skills across all stages of projects
