The Company: A rapidly expanding, technology driven Marketing Agency which specialises in Digital Marketing in the sports industry. They are based in central London with an expectation that all employees will be office based twice per month, the rest can be worked from home.

The Role: Joining a team of 4, reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad and interesting opportunity for someone to help shape the Finance function as the company continues to grow.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Control
  • Own the end-to-end month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management accounts across multiple entities.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts packs including detailed variance analysis, commentary, and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain full balance sheet integrity through timely reconciliations and robust month-end controls.
  • Prepare and post month-end journals including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, payroll, and intercompany entries.
  • Assist with maintaining rolling cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity requirements and foreign currency funding needs.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes in partnership with departmental budget holders.
  • Ensure all financial records remain audit-ready and compliant.
