A global Technology business, innovating, designing and manufacturing equipment used by businesses around the world. They have been in business for over 20 years and are widely regarded as the innovator and leader in their industry.
The Role :
Reporting to the CFO and responsible for a team of 5, this role will lead and manage all operational aspects of the finance team including AP, AR, Banking, Inventory & Payroll.
Duties will include :
- Manage the finance team ensuring they are developed and motivated
- Ensure a smooth internal month and year end close, including managing the audit process.
- Ensure that reported results are provided with pace and accuracy.
- Oversee all monthly transactions, journals, accruals & prepayments to ensure accuracy of the monthly / annual accounts.
- Ensure control of, and review of balance sheet reconciliations for all entities.
- Provide monthly / annual management accounts with supporting commentary.
- Annual completion of all statutory financial accounts for the group.
- Manage the timely completion of all VAT & Tax calculations & submissions to the various 3rd parties. Ensure full compliance with all taxation regulations and provide information as required.
- Monitor cashflow and provide forecasts.
