We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Mobile Development Team in a variety of exciting roles. We are Oxbury – the only UK bank dedicated to British agriculture. Founded by farmers, bankers, and technologists, we combine the worlds of financial services, technology, and agriculture to provide bespoke financial products that support the rural economy.

About the role – Android or iOS Developer:
As a Senior Developer for the Android or iOS team, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of Oxbury's mobile app. You will maintain existing features while developing new ones and implementing high‑quality, production‑ready code.
About the role – Mobile QA Engineer:
As a Senior Mobile QA Engineer, you will build and maintain our Mobile QA Automation, fully test iOS and Android applications, plan, create, and execute manual and automated test plans, and collaborate with the wider team to ensure a common, high‑quality approach to software testing.
Required Skills / Experience – Android and iOS Developer:
- Android SDK (Kotlin) or iOS SDK (Swift)
- Ability to make key technical and architectural choices
- Design and write well‑structured code
- Implement a modern and smooth UI from a design spec
- Security principles & secure coding on Android or iOS
- AppStore and TestFlight experience, or Play Store and Firebase experience
- Unit testing and Continuous Integration
- Web‑based API integration
Required Skills / Experience – Mobile QA Engineer:
- Proven mobile QA engineering experience with QA methodology, testing and bug‑tracking tools (Jira preferred)
- Preparation and execution of manual and automated test plans for mobile apps
- Build test automation suites using industry standards (XCUITest, Espresso, Appium)
- Create supporting automation test frameworks and libraries as required
- Design and write well‑structured (test) code
- Prepare results documentation and present testing outcomes
- Experience with UX best practices and willingness to improve user experience
- Agile, Scrum experience
- Expresso, RASP protections
- Java, GraphQL, Apollo
- XCUITest, RASP protections
- Objective‑C, GraphQL, Apollo
- Security principles and best practices for mobile apps
- Experience writing BDD scripts for tools such as Gherkin or Behat
