Oxbury’s IT function is central to the way we operate. From the outset, our business leaders and IT team have worked closely together to deliver an advanced banking platform that fulfils the unique requirements of our target market. Our cloud native architecture is fully containerised and makes use of the latest serverless technologies to provide a performant and resilient solution. We have adopted best of breed technologies to implement future‑thinking features such as biometric authentication, advanced analytics and a self‑healing microservices platform. We are looking for a technology obsessed candidate to join our nascent IT graduate programme.
Role Responsibilities
Over the course of 18 months, you will spend time in four key areas of our IT team to be chosen from: service desk, infrastructure, development, testing, security, project delivery and design. This will give you a real insight into the workings of a high‑performance IT team. You will be allocated a mentor throughout your time on the programme who will help you to grow and eventually decide on an area to settle into. Along the way, you will gain time with senior management from across the company and be exposed to strategy planning sessions where you can develop your understanding of the drivers behind our business.
