Account Executive – Software Sales (Remote UK) - MUST BE LIVING IN THE UK

Manufacturing & Healthcare Sectors

£65,000 base salary + uncapped commission (£100k OTE)

We’re working with a fast-growing technology business that is helping organisations turn operational data into real-time business decisions. Their platform is already gaining serious traction across sectors where efficiency, visibility and automation genuinely matter. They are now looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to help drive growth across the Manufacturing and Healthcare markets.

This is not an account management role sitting behind inbound leads. You will be responsible for opening doors, building relationships with senior stakeholders and owning the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close. The business is still at a stage where your impact will be visible quickly. If you enjoy building territory, creating opportunities and selling solutions that solve real operational problems, this is the kind of role where you can make a name for yourself.

What makes this interesting?

  • Selling a genuinely relevant software solution into industries investing heavily in operational efficiency and digital transformation
  • Huge opportunity to shape and grow key vertical markets
  • Blend of new business hunting and closing high-value deals
  • Fast-moving environment with strong leadership and ambitious growth plans
  • Opportunity to work closely with innovative technology being used in real-world operational environments
  • High visibility role with strong earning potential

The role

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities across Manufacturing and Healthcare
  • Build relationships with operational leaders, procurement teams and decision makers
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Work closely with internal teams to position tailored software solutions
  • Handle both strategic sales activity and higher-volume opportunity pipelines
  • Maintain momentum across multiple active deals and client conversations

What they are looking for

  • Proven background in B2B software sales
  • Strong new business and closing ability
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Experience selling into Manufacturing, Healthcare or operationally focused industries would be a strong advantage
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate commercial value
  • Self-starter mentality with the confidence to build relationships from scratch

Package

  • Up to £65,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission structure with £100k+ OTE
  • Strong progression opportunity as the business scales
  • Hybrid flexibility

This role would suit someone who enjoys building business, thrives in client-facing environments and wants to be part of a company where they can have a genuine influence on growth.
