We’re working with a global technology client who is expanding its network of Technical Interview Engineers to support software engineering interview processes at scale. This is a unique opportunity for experienced Software Engineers who enjoy problem solving, communication, and evaluating technical talent. You’ll facilitate technical interviews with developers globally, helping create fair, objective, and high-quality hiring experiences.

The Role

  • Facilitate live technical interviews with software developers
  • Evaluate coding ability, problem-solving skills, and communication
  • Deliver structured feedback on candidate performance and technical approach
  • Help create a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Work alongside an established interview operations team and platform

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer
  • Experience of working with Java or Python
  • Strong understanding of coding fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional and confident interpersonal skills
  • Reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
  • Previous interviewing experience is beneficial but not essential

  • Initial 2-month contract
