About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a global, well-established organisation undergoing a significant product and technology transformation across Europe. As part of this evolution, they are hiring a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a critical platform that underpins how customers discover, engage with, and transact across a complex ecosystem. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping platform strategy, improving customer experience and driving measurable commercial outcomes across multiple markets.

The Role

As Lead Product Manager, you will operate at the centre of product, technology, and business teams - owning the platform vision and translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, data and commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritise effectively, and deliver scalable solutions that improve both customer and business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and behaviours through direct engagement and observation
  • Define and drive the platform product strategy and roadmap across UK and EU markets
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality product solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities and align on priorities
  • Translate complex, ambiguous inputs into clear product requirements and execution plans
  • Work cross-functionally with other product leaders to ensure consistency and scalability across the ecosystem
  • Use data and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve the product experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+ years), with a strong focus on platform or enterprise products
  • Proven track record of owning and evolving product strategy and roadmaps that drive meaningful business impact
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, data, and commercial teams
  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate insights into product decisions
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to prioritisation and decision-making
  • Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership

Key Strengths

  • Strategic thinker who can connect business goals to product execution
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and user experience
  • Decisive and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence
  • Strong leadership presence, able to align teams without direct authority
  • Commercially aware, with a clear focus on delivering value

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, PropTech, FinTech or real estate technology
  • Background working on large-scale platforms or marketplaces
  • Experience working with or alongside Microsoft-based ecosystems
  • Previous experience coaching or mentoring product teams

Why This Role?

  • Own a high-impact platform at the heart of a major transformation
  • Work across international markets with significant visibility
  • Influence both product strategy and business outcomes
  • Join a collaborative, cross-functional environment with strong growth potential
  • Flexible working across London, Paris, or remote within Europe
