Oxbow Talent are working with a Belfast City Centre based client to secure an Office Manager/Coordinator. Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-led technology business & this is a hands-on role at the centre of the workplace, focused on creating a well-organised, engaging and high-performing office experience as the team continues to scale.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, while also contributing to team culture, employee experience, and overall workplace efficiency. This is a role with real visibility and impact, suited to someone proactive, organised, and passionate about creating a positive office environment.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations with a strong onsite presence.
- Act as the main point of contact for all office-related queries.
- Create a welcoming and organised workplace for employees and visitors.
- Oversee office supplies, deliveries, and general workspace upkeep.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Support IT coordination, including hardware setup and meeting room tech.
- Assist with onboarding of new starters and onsite interview coordination.
- Help plan and deliver team events, socials, and culture initiatives.
- Ensure the office consistently reflects high standards and a positive environment.
- Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience supporting or coordinating team events and initiatives.
- Comfortable working within budgets and managing office spend.
