Oxbow Talent are working with a Belfast City Centre based client to secure an Office Manager/Coordinator. Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-led technology business & this is a hands-on role at the centre of the workplace, focused on creating a well-organised, engaging and high-performing office experience as the team continues to scale.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, while also contributing to team culture, employee experience, and overall workplace efficiency. This is a role with real visibility and impact, suited to someone proactive, organised, and passionate about creating a positive office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations with a strong onsite presence.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all office-related queries.
  • Create a welcoming and organised workplace for employees and visitors.
  • Oversee office supplies, deliveries, and general workspace upkeep.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Support IT coordination, including hardware setup and meeting room tech.
  • Assist with onboarding of new starters and onsite interview coordination.
  • Help plan and deliver team events, socials, and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure the office consistently reflects high standards and a positive environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating team events and initiatives.
  • Comfortable working within budgets and managing office spend.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite or similar tools.
