Are you a compliance expert with a passion for ensuring customer fairness and regulatory excellence?
My client are a FCA-regulated consumer credit motor finance firm looking for a Remediation Specialist to join their team on a 6 month basis and play a pivotal role in monitoring and improving customer outcomes.

As a Remediation Specialist , you will conduct thorough customer file reviews, including communications (calls, emails, and messages), to assess whether customer accounts are being managed in compliance with FCA principles, rules, and guidance. Analyse customer files and related interactions to evaluate adherence to regulatory standards and assess customer outcomes.
Provide clear, data-backed insights and actionable recommendations based on findings.
Communication: Exceptional writing and listening skills to convey findings effectively.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FCA principles, particularly PRIN, CONC, Consumer Duty, and vulnerable customer guidance.
Experience in quality assurance or compliance monitoring, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment.
Familiarity with motor finance, regulated collections, and vulnerable customer support standards.
