OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing UK IPP delivering utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Delivery Project Manager.
As Delivery Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading projects from financial close through to O&M handover.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of battery energy storage (BESS) projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
- Oversee EPC contractors to ensure compliance with contractual scope.
- Engage with landowners, stakeholders, and local communities.
- Monitor and verify commissioning processes (FAT/SAT/SIT).
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in renewables, energy infrastructure, or BESS projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP or PRINCE2 desirable).
- Experience working with contractors, landowners, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
