The Role

Our client is a growing renewable energy investor and developer with an expanding portfolio of infrastructure projects across the UK. They are seeking to appoint a Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of multiple renewable construction projects based from their Glasgow office. The Project Administrator will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently by coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and supporting project managers across the full construction lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain project documentation
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial administration
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure project actions are completed on time
