OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing UK IPP delivering utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Quality Inspector.
As Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for leading projects from kick-off through to O&M handover, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality and HSE from Client’s perspective across multiple battery energy storage (BESS) projects.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with Quality and HSE standards.
- Support delivery teams in meeting safety, quality, cost, time, and risk objectives.
- Oversee commissioning quality processes (FAT/SAT/SIT) and non-conformance tracking.
- Continuously improve Quality and HSE systems, processes, and performance.
- General support of the delivery team and aiding in continuous improvement of Quality and HSE processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in Quality within renewables, energy infrastructure, or construction.
- Experience working with contractors, landowners, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
