A renewable energy IPP are recruiting a HSE Advisor to join their growing Health and Safety team
The company are well established in the UK with a proven track record in developing, constructing, owning and operating Solar PV, and BESS and projects across the UK.
This is a new role for the business, born out of business growth and is a predominantly home based position, with travel to sites across Southern England
The position involves:
- Providing H&S leadership across the company
- Supporting and advising employees and external contractors
- Improving performance with the implementation of H&S management systems
- Designing and implementing a H&S programme to drive a positive culture across the business.
- Ensuring that rigorous risk assessment and incident management systems are in place
- Oversee audits where required.
Requirements:
- Experience in Health And Safety management (minimum 2 years)
- A full clean driving licence
- Experience in Health and Safety within power generation facilities (eg Solar / BESS / Onshore Wind etc)
