They are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their team. As HSE Advisor you will work closely with teams across development and delivery to ensure projects are completed in line with UK standards.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies and procedures.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Develop project HSE plans, and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Deliver HSE training and guidance to project teams and contractors.
- Support CDM compliance throughout project development and construction.
- Review HSE requirements within project contracts and documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
3+ years HSE experience within the renewable energy sector.
Hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification/certification.
Strong knowledge of solar, wind or BESS construction projects (other related experience will be considered).
Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Strong understanding of UK HSE legislation and high-risk construction activities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
