OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing Renewable Energy IPP looking to hire a Renewables Graduate to their growing delivery team in Glasgow.
As a Renewables Graduate you will support in the development and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects by leading tasks and providing support to senior team members.

The Role
- Support the development and delivery of renewable energy projects from early-stage development through to construction and handover.
- Assist with site feasibility studies, grid applications and engineering activities.
- Support procurement, contract administration and pre-construction activities.
- Monitor technical and HSE compliance throughout project delivery.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to help deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ad hoc support of senior members of the delivery team.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Planning or a related discipline.
- Previous experience through internships, placements or graduate roles within renewable energy or construction.
- An understanding of the renewable project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, PVSyst or similar technical software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for renewable energy and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector.
