The Company: OXBO are partnered with a leading Renewable Energy business looking to hire a Project Manager to their collaborative and social Glasgow team. As Project Manager you will oversee the delivery of utility-scale Solar and BESS projects through construction and commissioning.

The Role:
- Manage multiple utility-scale Solar and BESS construction projects.
- Take full responsibility for construction budgets, programmes, cash flow forecasting, and reporting at project and portfolio level.
- Manage all aspects of projects, including Construction, Health & Safety, and quality standards across sites.
- Lead relationships with EPCs, contractors and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify construction risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to protect programme and cost.
- Monitor and report deviations to scope, schedule, or budget, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support tendering activities, including review of contractor designs, methodologies, and commercial proposals.
- Assist with contract negotiations and management.
- Provide technical and construction input throughout design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Support the growth and continuous improvement of the wider project delivery and construction management function.
What you will bring:
- Experience within the renewable energy industry or large-scale infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland Construction, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing contractors, variations, and risk.
- Confident communicator with stakeholders and contractor management skills.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
