We’re working with a highly respected, investment-backed renewable energy developer delivering utility-scale solar, battery storage and onshore wind projects across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join a growing development team and play a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle – from early-stage development through to construction handover.

You’ll support the delivery of high-quality renewable energy projects, working closely with senior project managers and technical specialists. The role spans the entire development phase up to RtB, giving you exposure of the full development lifecycle of Solar, BESS & Onshore Wind projects.

You’ll take ownership of key project work streams and help drive progress across grid, engineering, planning, procurement, and construction readiness activities.

  • Support delivery of renewable energy projects from development through construction
  • Coordinate planning, technical and pre-construction activities
  • Assist with procurement, contract preparation, negotiation and administration
  • Track contract performance, deliverables, and payment processes
  • Liaise with stakeholders including regulators, consultants and local communities
  • Support reporting, project controls and risk/issue management
  • Contribute to technical and commercial problem solving across projects
  • Support smooth handover to asset management teams

Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Environmental Science or similar. Experience supporting project delivery across different lifecycle stages. Understanding of UK planning and consenting processes. Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, GIS or PVSyst (desirable).
