The Company OXBO are partnered with a leader in the UK renewable energy industry. With a portfolio spanning battery storage, renewables and energy trading. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to drive growth across commercial, SME, and industrial customers.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Winning new business and managing key relationships across both direct sales and Third Party Intermediary (TPI) sales channels.
  • Driving new business acquisition across commercial, SME, and industrial sectors.
  • Developing and managing relationships with TPI partners to maximise sales channels.
  • Creating and presenting tailored energy proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Tracking sales activity, forecasts, and performance via CRM systems.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales (energy sector experience advantageous).
  • Degree educated in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
