We are currently recruiting for a Client Project/Programme Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be managing the relationship between OXB and its Clients and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget with the required quality to ensure successful long‑term alliances, playing a key role in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain client/partner satisfaction to ensure successful long‑term alliances.
- Understand client needs and identify ongoing project opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline and budget and that project milestones are met.
- Identify project risks and put effective mitigation actions in place.
- Provide project updates and performance data to OXB Management to enable effective strategic and tactical decision making.
- Responsible for all financial aspects of the collaboration including forecasting, cost control and invoicing.
- Determine scope, costings and timelines for new work packages.
- Assist with preparing proposals and contribute to contract negotiations for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Scientific degree or PhD.
- Project Management qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable experience using Project Management tools, methodologies and techniques.
- Significant project management experience inclusive of budgetary ownership, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Good technical understanding of biopharmaceutical process development and GMP manufacturing.
- Experience working to external client deliverables.
- Line management experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience managing projects using MS Project and MS Excel.
