  • MSAT Data Lead to join our

Manufacturing and MSAT team.

In this role, you will manage all data requests and statistical analysis activities that support the team, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead contact for MSAT data requests, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and compliant.
  • Maintain data integrity, traceability and governance across manufacturing, process and quality systems.
  • Perform statistical analysis and process trending to support data‑driven decision making.
  • Generate data packages and reports for process validation, regulatory submissions, audits and client requests.
  • Provide data‑driven insights to support investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and analytical models for MSAT and manufacturing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve data capture, reporting and system effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for digitalisation, process optimisation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong understanding of GMP principles, data integrity expectations, Continued Process Verification (CPV) and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of MSAT activities including technology transfer, validation lifecycle and process optimisation.
  • Experience with statistical and data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, Power BI or similar.
