We’re currently recruiting for a GMP Support Assistant to join our Manufacturing Support team. In this role, you will work as part of the Support team in the day-to-day support activities, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

  • Taking accountability, as part of a team of the GMP support team, to achieve the production support schedule with minimal disruption to other activities within the facility
  • Maintaining the GMP compliance of the facility through co-ordination of consumable and kit transfer, stock management and SQEI audit data
  • Supporting and maintaining the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning activities, when required
  • Performing all work within the manufacturing facility in compliance with the facilities health and safety and GMP procedures

We are looking for:

No previous work experience is required for this role. But a strong motivation to work in the industry of Advanced Therapies must be shown. Additionally, you should demonstrate:

  • Reliability, integrity and respect of confidentiality on work related and personal matters
  • Responsibility for your work and accountability for the impact of your work on others
  • Ability to manage time effectively, being able to plan and complete work to schedule
  • A positive attitude, growth mind-set and a commitment to develop within a growing regulated industry
  • Highly organised and motivated with excellent attention to details
  • GCSEs, and/or previous industrial experience
