You’ll shape creative responses to briefs, design high-quality websites and journeys, and deliver conversion-focused (CRO) solutions that balance strong visual craft with usability, performance and commercial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the design of websites, landing pages and complex digital journeys across a range of clients and industries
  • Creating clean, intuitive UI designs with strong attention to layout, typography and visual hierarchy
  • Translating UX thinking, research and wireframes into polished, high-fidelity designs
  • Delivering pixel-perfect, production-ready assets on time and to brief
  • Owning and maintaining high-quality artwork for ongoing, high-volume consumer-facing digital products, promotions and optimisation activity
  • Contributing to and evolving design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Designing mobile-first, responsive experiences that meet accessibility and usability standards
  • Collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, accessible and build-ready
  • Leading and contributing to CRO-led design work, including iteration, optimisation and testing
  • Supporting and leading client presentations, and contributing confidently to design discussions
  • Leading and contributing to design research activities, including competitor analysis, journey reviews and insight gathering
  • Identifying user and business problems, and translating them into clear, usable and creative design solutions

Essential: What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital design role (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX-led digital work and measurable outcomes
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, shared libraries, prototyping and collaborative workflows
  • Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to support image editing, asset preparation and production-ready outputs
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design and accessibility fundamentals
  • Strong experience designing forms and complex journeys, with a focus on conversion-focused, user-friendly flows
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Confidence working independently, leading projects and managing multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics, typography and layout
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong UX thinking, with the ability to identify issues in journeys or flows and propose thoughtful, creative and commercially sound solutions

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRO or performance-led design
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or designing with development constraints in mind
  • Strong experience collaborating closely with developers
  • Motion or interaction design experience
  • App design experience (iOS, Android or cross-platform)

How You’ll Work

You’ll work alongside other senior designers, collaborating closely with development and QA teams, and reporting into the Creative Director. You’ll have a high level of ownership and autonomy, with support where needed. You’ll be encouraged to challenge ideas, contribute strategically and help shape how design is delivered. You’ll work across multiple projects, balancing craft, pace and commercial impact.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Remote-first working (UK-based), with optional hybrid working in London
