LGV Class 1 Bitumen Driver

Contract Type: Permanent (Full‑Time). Guaranteed Earnings of £47,797 + £1,000 London Weighting, Pension, Sick Pay, Life Insurance, Overtime, World‑class training, Cycle‑to‑work scheme, BP Fuel Card, Local Gym Discounts, Employee Assistance Programme. Working Hours and Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week with potential for overtime. The work involves working Monday‑Friday shifts, however some weekend working will be required. Shift start times will be changeable, and nights out will be required as a part of the role. Job Type: LGV Class 1 Driver.

Selection Criteria

• Hold a current LGV C+E licence. We are looking for actual driving experience, and not only how long you have held the licence.
• Hold an up to date and valid Driver Qualification Card.
• Have no more than 3 penalty points on your licence, none of which are related to drink/drug driving offences or dangerous driving.

Desirable

• ADR (Class 9)
• Previous tanker experience

You Are Required To

• Be available for PM shifts.
• Have the flexibility to do nights out when required at short notice.
• Live within a maximum of 45 minutes commute from the location at which you are applying to work.
• Maintain high levels of customer focus with a keen eye for detail and process.
• Be able to follow instructions in line with comprehensive company procedures and within strict industry guidelines.
